"My husband and I am writing you to thank you for the professional service we received from you. Having retired from the Air Force our family was looking to retire in the Charlotte area. Our thanks is not only for finding the house we were looking for, but you had stopped us from making a grave mistake. When we started our search for the perfect home we decided not to use a broker, but to do the looking ourselves. We thought that using the Internet we could find our dream home. After days of searching we thought we found our dream home. It was larger than most homes in its price range and it had some impressive upgrades. We wanted to close before my retirement date so not to have to store our household goods and then have them moved a second time. Although we did not want to rush into a home, time was short for us. This house seemed too good to be true. Our largest concern was for our children and that they could get into schools with high academic standards. We looked for this information, but could not find it. That is when we new we needed some help. Our USAA loan specialist referred you to us. You quickly e-mailed me the listing for all schools in Charlotte and its suburbs. That is when we found our dream home was no deal after all. The school district it was located in ranked below academic standards. Had we purchased this home we would had soon had this house right back on the market. We would have had to incur moving expenses and closing cost on a new home. This would have cost us tens of thousands of dollars and the hassle of a second move. It took you no time to get us a list of homes in our range and your knowledge of the suburbs is impressive. Only having one week off to search for a home you found us a house we can call a home with all of what we wanted. We have one of the only homes in a development with four large shade trees in our back yard; my favorite wall patterns of lighthouse theme in two rooms and most of all a school system with impressive academic standards for our children! Truly we count your services as a blessing. Your skills are very effective as most homes you showed us were close to what we were looking for. This allowed us to see a minimum number of homes until we found our dream house in one week and get our household good directly transferred. We would strongly recommend you to anyone looking to move to the Charlotte area from an out-of-state location."
